1. It is especially suitable for processing thick-soled pure cotton socks with or without heel requirements, high-elastic nylon stockings, nylon socks, peach interwoven socks and other short, medium and long socks.
2. This machine can heat the cooled parts before setting. The characteristic of ensuring uniform setting temperature during setting. The dryness and temperature of the skewers can be adjusted. (Good effect on high quality products)
3. It can automatically adjust the temperature and pressure time of the setting room and drying room. (Adopt PLC control)
The multi-layer design of the hanging forest rack can be provided for low-level or three-level use according to the specifications of Ritsuko.
4. The socks processed each time are divided into units of 18 dozen and run on a continuously running track. Can bring uniform post-processing effect.
5. The shortest working cycle is 40 seconds. Taking the shaped short yarn as an example (Dui Dui Lin), the maximum theoretical production capacity is 12,960 dozen. (Non-hour working hours)
6. The uniquely designed conveyor belt can fully cool the child, and the remaining time can be used to put on the socks and adjust them, so that the best effect can be achieved.

5. Number of socks per treatment. When the regular pieces (pairs and rows) are hung with a single display, the door is a unit.
